SITE POLICY
Privacy Policy
Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we") publishes EASM Compared at easmcompared.com. This page describes the small amount of personal data the site touches. There are no user accounts, no payments and no comments, and you can read every page and use the comparison tools without giving us anything.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, chosen topic and message. If you send a copyright notice, also the work you identify, the URL on this site, your two confirmation statements and your electronic signature.
- Host logs: the hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to keep the site running and secure.
- Browser storage: the site does not write cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. The comparison tools run in the page and keep nothing once you leave.
- Google Fonts: pages load typefaces from Google, so your IP address and browser details reach Google when the fonts load.
- We run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interests to run and secure the site and to answer messages you send. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
International transfers
Providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards. We are based in Israel, which has an adequacy decision from the European Union.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle them and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the host.
Your rights
- EU and UK: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawing consent, and a complaint to a supervisory authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): to know, delete and correct, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be treated differently for using these rights.
- Israel: the rights given by the Privacy Protection Law, including access to and correction of your information.
- To use any of them, write through the contact page with the topic "Privacy request".
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
